In our Eco-Schools Assembly this week, the children watched a film about our local Food Bank:

Afterwards, they were given a few minutes to think about how we could organise doantions for this very worthy cause. Each class came up with their own idea of what we could do. These ranged from having a big box centrally where children could add donations to having a one-off day where children could wear non-uniform in exchange for bringing in an item to donate.
