Eco-Committee Update

Today, we had an eco meeting and we were talking about good areas to put the bug house and bird box given to us by Miss Shepherd when she left. Miss Hargood and Mrs Bull will check the grounds and find good positions for them.

We are going to have an Outdoor Classroom Day on 22nd May. In the afternoon, we will have house sports competitions. We would also like to invite parents and younger siblings to join us for Partnership Play on Outdoor Classroom Day to see what we are doing for OPAL.

We will be doing lots of surveys at break and lunch times to find out if our eco actions have made a difference this year.

Mrs Goddard also had a great idea about putting a biodiversity box in the sensory garden - filled with magnifying glasses, minibeast guides etc. She and Miss Clark are working on putting this together.
